Boabom Meditation is a system of meditation techniques that use breathwork and the imagination to increase focus, release stress, build calm and develop positive energy.
Seamm-Jasani, or Gentle Boabom, combines slow movements with breathing and stretching to create a relaxing meditation in movement.
Osseous Boabom, or the Art of Defense and Energy, combines deep breathing with faster movements that can function as a defense, though all of our classes are taught without contact or competition.
