These are twenty minute introductory classes, one each in Seamm-Jasani and Boabom. They are designed to give you a simple and effective introduction to the fundamental Boabom Arts through deep breathing, diverse warm-ups, and basic coordinative movements.
Seamm-Jasani is the art of active relaxation, with gentle movements and elongated breathing. Similar to Tai Chi or an active yoga, Seamm-Jasani teaches fluid movements in a progressive class, building balance and flexibility alongside relaxation and tranquility.
Boabom is the art of Defense and Energy. Akin to a martial art but taught without contact or competition, Boabom’s fast movements help develop coordination and agility while developing a powerful defense.
Both Seamm-Jasani and Boabom help to develop strength, flexibility, balance and coordination while improving focus, helping us to center ourselves, and increasing our positive energy.
