Join our free introductory Boabom class—Saturdays at noon in our Brookline studio.

This 50 minute class is a perfect way to experience Boabom: a unique intersection of yoga, meditation, and martial arts!

What to Expect in Your Free Intro Class:

• You’ll be guided through gentle, purposeful movements designed to build strength, balance, and awareness 

• The class is calm and non-competitive — no sparring, shouting, or pressure

• Beginners are welcome—all attendees are brand new to Boabom

• Wear comfortable clothing—no special gear required

After the class you’ll feel grounded, relaxed, and energized.

Wear loose, comfortable clothes. No prior experience necessary — suitable for all adults and children 12+.

I’m Yemado, director of the Boston School of Boabom. For the past 25 years, I’ve taught Boabom to students of all ages and levels. On behalf of all the teachers here, I want to welcome you as you begin your journey into the unique arts of Boabom.
