In our Free Intro Class you’ll:
Boabom sits in the sweet spot between martial arts, yoga, and meditation: an art of relaxation, meditation, and defense.
When we combine Boabom’s unique breathing and movements we can really release the tension we hold deep in our bodies.
In Boabom’s gentle path, we move slowly, deliberately, learning unique and elegant movements that help us learn to move fluidly as we develop our balance and flexibility.
From gentle movement and concentration we can let go of our stress, and we’ll always feel lighter and refreshed after every class.
In both strong and gentle Boabom, we use our body to move our mind, creating a unique, moving meditation.
This meditation is especially accessible if we have trouble sitting still to meditate, yet also a powerful technique for more experienced meditators. We can learn mindfulness with our body and mind in motion.

The Boston School of Boabom is a place of learning and exploration, where we teach without contact or competition, creating a safe and comfortable space where everyone is encouraged to develop themselves to their fullest potential.
We offer this free intro class to share our teaching with anyone who is interested in learning more. You’ll learn both gentle and fast movements, meet the teachers and experience our beautiful studio space. There is no commitment beyond the intro class, but if you like it you’re welcome to stick around and learn more.
